Kwikstage Standards

At the top of each Kwikstage standard, a socket is welded to support various scaffold parts. The standard is fixed vertically by using expansion joint pins. So this unique locking way ensures that the Kwikstage scaffolding standard remains safe in position.

1.Standards (Verticals): These serve as the primary vertical load-bearing columns of the entire framework, featuring welded V-shaped clamps or cup connectors. As the core components of Australian Kwikstage scaffolding, they are installed at standard intervals of 500mm or 1000mm.
2.Ledgers (Horizontals): Horizontal members connecting verticals to define the length of the scaffold span.
3.Transoms: Support the working platform boards.
4.Diagonal Braces: Primarily prevent swaying or tipping of the scaffold.
5.Steel Boards: Provide stable, slip-resistant standing and walking surfaces.
6.Base Jacks: Used to adjust the initial height of the scaffolding.
7.Sole Boards: Distribute load to prevent collapse or sinking of uprights into uneven ground.
