Vertical Standards (Standards / Verticals with Spigot)
Structural vertical load-bearing members featuring welded steel rosette nodes at fixed 500 mm intervals and integrated spigot pins for multi-tier vertical connection.
Lengths: 0.5m, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m
Tubing: 48.3 mm OD x 3.2 mm / 4.0 mm wall thickness
Feature: 8-hole rosette geometry (4 small holes for ledgers, 4 large holes for diagonal braces at precise 45-degree angles) welded via automated robotic welding.
Horizontal Ledgers
Horizontal framing members fitted with forged wedge-end heads that lock directly into the standard's rosette slots, providing lateral frame stability and working platform support.
Lengths (Bay Sizes): 0.73m, 1.09m, 1.40m, 1.57m, 2.07m, 2.57m, 3.07m
Tubing: 48.3 mm OD x 3.0 mm / 3.2 mm wall thickness
Feature: Captive wedge pins drop-forged from alloy steel, secured against loss while enabling rapid hammer-free or light-hammer locking.
Diagonal Face & Bay Braces
Tubular structural braces with swiveling wedge heads used to triangulate scaffold bays against wind loads, lateral seismic forces, and concrete pour vibration.
Lengths: Sized to match standard vertical lifts (2.0 m) combined with horizontal bay spans (1.09 m to 3.07 m).
Feature: Swiveling forged wedge heads accommodate angular placement without binding against adjacent rosette nodes.

Safety, Quality & Standards
Every Ringlock component undergoes full structural verification and raw material inspection before entering production line cutting and welding cycles.
[Raw Material Testing] ---> [Automated Robotic Welding] ---> [NDT & Rosette Shear Test] ---> [Hot-Dip Galvanizing] ---> [Batch Inspection]
Raw steel tubes are delivered with EN 10204 Type 3.1 material certificates confirming yield strength (>= 355 MPa), tensile strength (470 to 630 MPa), and elongation (>= 22%). Heat numbers and factory batch codes are stamped onto major structural components for complete traceability.
Welding Rigidity & Nondestructive Testing (NDT)
Process: Automated robotic MIG welding (GMAW) on all rosette-to-tube and ledger-head connections.
Inspection: Visual inspection per AWS D1.1/EN ISO 5817 Level C. Random 5% destructive shear testing on rosettes to verify weld shear resistance against slip under vertical loads.
Load Capacity Testing
Node connections undergo destructive shear and bending moment tests per EN 12811-3 and AS/NZS 1576. Verticals are tested in axial compression rigs to establish buckling curves across variable lift heights (1.0 m, 1.5 m, 2.0 m).
Structural Compliance
Europe & UK: Fully compliant with BS EN 12810-1/2 and BS EN 12811-1/2/3.
North America: Meets ANSI/SSFI SC100-5/05 and OSHA 1926 Subpart L load and safety parameters.
Australasia: Conforms to AS/NZS 1576.1/3 requirements.

Customization & System Compatibility
Inter-Fleet Compatibility
Our Ringlock system dimensions adhere strictly to the original Layher Allround geometry standard. Rosette spacing, wedge head angles, and spigot tolerances match standard market profiles, allowing seamless intermixing with existing rental fleets or jobsite inventories without axial mismatch or wedging jams.
